for the Video Relay Service Providers?! No way, i don't think so we can afford it because of every minutes!!

I say yes to this. Fact of the matter is, you get what you pay for. If there is more moeny in the pot, more features and technology will come about. Also, it's more of an incentive us. VRS providers will work a lot harder to keep our service.

It might be what the Z-340 has. My Z-340 can block calls from a specific person that calls, deaf or hearing. Just add them as a contact, then go to that contact in the list and press the menu/options button, block is there.

Got it... Why bother a Block feature... Waste of it... You can just ignore the ringing call. The caller id always shows the name first so that way you will know whether or not to accept the call... Therefore, waste money on Block feature development.

I disagree. Suppose you start getting harrasing calls that wont stop? Block the number, calls stop. I love it.
 
I do work for Sorenson Tech Support but I am not at liberty to discuss anything. I gotta check in with my boss and see if that's permitted.
 
I got my update yesterday! I like my video center on VP-200 better but if i not home and will checkin on my email when i out of the house then i can return and watch signmail again! i like both
 
I got my signmail update as well, I like this feature.

Yes call block would also be great as well.

What else is on demand as of late?

Finally my VP200 got updated last night. It has a nice feature about viewing but I still wish Sorenson could do more by allowing both hearing and deaf callers to leave message. That's doesn't really excite me at all. MVP, Z Team, Viable, and SnapVRS does allowed both hearing and deaf callers to leave message in their videophones. That's why I wished Sorenson could do better than that but all I had to do is wait until Sorenson come up with ideas on their own. It takes time to improve and allowing technology to grow by creating new idea and implement new softwares in videophones. I am sure Sorenson will come up with new solutions sometimes in the future.
