Video Relay on a cell phone

Hi,

I am new to the relay services being offered and there are so many providers.

Does anyone know if I can make a video relay call using my cell phone? Do any Relay providers offer this service?

in the U.S, I think - there isn't. But in europe, some part of them do.

Wait until March.. Thats when I think we can easily do Video Relay through sprint and their 4G networks.

I have heard of and seen it done. Video quality isn't all that great but it works.

All cell phones including front-facing cam are not ready to sell till next year or two. Reguires 4G and LTE networks in all metropolitan cities. I had used P3 netbook or notebook with my iphone. No problem.
