selling or buying houises or lands is little tricky.. my grandpa bought a 2.5 acres near interstate for like 15,000 back in 1975 and sold it 2 yrears ago for 80,000 bec many stores nearby and Interstate is nearby like maybe 20 feet from the property line.. there is no buildings on that property expect for old barn... i wld like look for properties to invest if i have money...maybe a old farm that can change to subdiviosns etc my bro s mom in law did and earned big bucks from it.. now she has 7 houses for rent in nc
