i always wonder if i can make a vco calls on my pager sidekick id so do it work on this pager for vco calls or blackberry pager do vco calls?

Do you mean use IP relay through AIM and do VCO? It won't work. For a sidekick, blackberry, or any phone, you can't use voice and data at the same time. AIM uses data so you can't use your phone at the same time.
If you are using AIM on your computer, you can give your blackberry phone number for vco though
