Utah's Strategy for the Homeless: Give Them Homes

Stereotyping is most expensive expense that society have to pay. Using less than 10% of defect homeless as determination to cut off program really is very costlier and everyone LOSE period.

Not just homeless, it (Stereotyping) applies to everything, like Ferguson, and B'More, LA riot, and so on. Society lost dearly on these incidents.

It does NOT pay to stereotyping any1.

VG, You omitted one important thing about economics, we all expect some losses when it comes to investment, but the truth is, it always take care of losses by other investments. We can not win every time, and 91% success rate proves it, I expected no more than 10% failure, so I applauded YooTah for their success and leadership.

It's not about 100% success. It's about a system that works. Everyone wants a greater good, but it costs. And, the whole point of the program is to cut cost. When the economy goes down, sure as ****, there will be no money to keep up shelters let alone private residences. If there isn't a way up for these people, this is really just an all expense paid vacation.

And, to be clear, there is no diversification here. As far as I can see, the "other parts of the project" are not in place.

and this program is doing a good job cutting cost for the state... and you're saying it's a terrible program?

Be careful, those business/political people will buy one way bus tickets for homeless people to Utah.

That's what they sent homeless people to San Francisco, because they heard SF do serve good food/comfort to homeless people. Damn it, I see it everywhere on streets in Downtown.
