when you plan go to the airport, you have to "TSA approved lock" when they check your baggage during inspection and the machine getting alerted and they will open your luggage and make sure no one bomb materials in the baggage.

I wouldn't advise it. Once I had a TSA approved lock for my laptop and brought it at the airport... guess what? The lock was disappeared and never returned back in along with the laptop at the airport security. I realized it when I was at the arrival. (brought with me all the way) So it wasted my $7 for nothing!

Best pay insurance for mailing boxes from ups or post office. They will pay if they are lost or stolen. If you didnt pay insurance then you will be sorry. that how I learned my lesson. I always pay insurance!

I locked my baggage when I was on vacation. I was in airport and someone took the lock off because of secuirty. We cannot do anything.

yes, right! when i sent 2 big box from Germany to SF, USA. they stolen my things *grrr* i thought i blame DHL post from germany. They told me, it was not them, so they have trust with PPL germany, but not in america. in America post have to everyday the box from foreign to open, it is strict, because of 9/11. DHL post from germany told me, i should have put insurance. Why should i? in america should CLEAN WOOOOOORRRRK!!!!
I was very disappoint, true, what i need my things. But they stolen my things. THANKS POST!!!!
