*UPDATE* On Hovrs Mvp

As long I can help them for you, but shame, I am no HOVRS staff.
 
I'm a purple too. I tried to dial this hovrs. It's very slow to connecting. I'm first step now. I am sorry I didn't get any email from HOVRS. My VP is screwed! I am waiting for someone to come my apt to check it out what's wrong with my vp. I have problem with black video. David know.

I think it is the DMZ problem.
 
DMZ is important to deliver the video message from other Videophone, thats why you get a black screen. David Barovian can help. ;)

Speaking of which, your modem/router is having a heart attack and you need to do a CPR procdure. :rofl:

you understand about Purple Number, you use address "zip code" in USA ONLY, if no found zip code mean no purple number and no purple connect

all said "I have Ticket Purple", NO! Wrong!

"Ticket Purple" and "Purple Number/Connet" are Diffrent!

you must become Purple 10-Digital (new phone number but not Code)
your line will move to MVP Door for requires "Purple Connect"

if you don't have "Purple Connect" or "Purple Number"
line won't move to MVP Door that "invited" or "accepted" won't help, "Connected" work move line see "my account" and you see 24 people are white, "Purple" will add people count to 24 (6 x 4 level)
 
What rhr mean is when you applied for MVP account and you will be given a phone 10 digit number which make you "purple connect". It is not the same as purple number that was given to you when you first create account.


You need to enter an ip address or a domain name in your account setup and also agree to the term of service before you are given a 10 digit phone number and become "purple connect".

If you got issue or have trouble getting purple connect or still not get 10 digit number then PM me and Ill try my best to help you and get you set up or ask on support hovrs on the videophone but I do not work for hovrs however I will be glad to provide some assistance to the best I can.
