Up for a challenge in Halo 3?

i retired from Halo 1 and i sold xbox (first edition).

i return to PS2 and PSP and currently Wii.

Once I beat Halo: Combat Evolved, I'll retire from that game... except for cooperative play with my friend. :)

I dont own Madden 08. I rented that. I think you owned yourself trying to beat Doc Strangelove..

Haze better than Halo3? Thats what the developers claimed, and then when Haze came out.. A lot of people were dissapointed to say the least. I've heard Haze only has a few weapons in it. Sounds REAL interesting. :wave:

I'll get a PS3 when it gets a nicer library of games, and when PSN has a good reputation. As of now PS3 has neither a library or good internet service.
 
lol, I'm disappointed with Sony when own PS3 before before sold out last year because PSN don't function so good as Xbox Live does and not many games that what I want, except for Getaway 3.

I'm sticking with Xbox 360 and PC.

Also, I don't use WiFi when own PS3, wired or wireless aren't show a bigger difference on PSN, it's all from server issue at most time.

Allright. It might be tricky with you in Russia(?) though. If SOCOM 3 delivers, I might jump onto PS3 for that. I might. Its hard to leave the XBOX360 and it's library of excellent games. I probably won't go PS3/PSN until I really am done with XBL/XBOX360. I don't want to pay 2 $50 a year. I know PSN is free, but its crap because of that. So when PSN starts to cost money, I know then Sony is serious about making good servers for their games. Until then, I don't see Sony being serious about online. "Free PSN' is like bait, it' looks good, but isn't that good.

Oddly, I havent really find any FPS games that has really "killed" Halo since the orginal Halo released on Xbox back in 2001. Sony bragged how Kill Zone would be the Halo killer with cinematic style and such but still, it didnt really go anywhere that much to be a Halo killer. I've played that on my PS2 and eh...I didnt really find it addictive and challenging as Halo. Even Doom 3 didnt come that close to be another Halo killer either.

Halo series is really one of the most unique and creative FPS, and I've never been that addicted to such FPS games like Halo before. Surely I was addicted on Doom, Goldeneye007, and now Halo but wow...just wow. Halo was just something. Not like all the others FPS games You've seen all the time...it was just genius work.

I've played alot of other FPS games before and after Halo 3 like The Darkness, Prey, The Orange Box, and even Bioshock...none of them, I find to be anywhere as a "Halo killer". lol :lol: Guess I am a hard die Halo freak then.

Just the only and very best FPS I will never EVER forget in my whole life. :P

Yeah I've downloaded the Haze demo and of course you could play in co-op mode in story mode with a friend online much like from Halo 3.

However, I dont find it anywhere near as good as Halo 3, sadly. Just a story not very well written with cranky control play and such.

I own Heavenly Sword, Unreal Tourament III, and GTA4 for the PS3.

I know UT3 and GTA4 are on the 360 as well but Heavenly Sword is definetly one of the must owned titles for a PS3 owner. At least that game keeps u busy before God of War 3 comes out. :lol:
