umm, help?

umm -- im way lost with this new verison.. lets say that im not used to this likely to another old verison of alldeaf..

when i wanted to post a reply, i dont see any emoticons or image attachment or anything like that? i can see the emoticons or others when i quoted somebody's quotes or new topic??? when i was reading someone's threads and i wanted to add my reply.. i can just a pop in box "add your reply" at the bottom... do you have the same? i recently im'ed one of formal ad member online and told him about this problem and he said he dont have this problem and he can see everything just fine?

can anyone tell me why im having this problem?? i even checked the options or my control panels, i dont see anything? help, please
