You see label for CC on back of your MVP panel. you can contact CC. They will check your purplemail server to fix it.

You better use AIM. type cc, then ask which one is 1. VP or 2. Webcam . you type 1 if you have Sorenson VP. You will give your public ip address when asking. You will wait to get a incoming call in your SVP from CC.
