UFO Caught on Videotape (Captioned)

You have to look at the subject with an open mind. I personally think it's impossible for us to be the only species in the universe. Also, it's part of the reason why I do not believe in a god of sorts. There is too much out there and to think that humans are oh-so-precious and that nothing could ever shatter our expectations, is arrogant and counter-productive to true enlightenment.

And you have a good point about those civilizations being much older than ours. Some people also think that the LHC at CERN will give us the ability to exploit wormholes to travel between other galaxies and timelines. It seems like the science-fiction stuff we've seen isn't really science-fiction when you look at the bigger picture.

If you re-read my post , you will already see I said the life is out there. But it may not be related to "I see a UFO once a week around the world" as much as you would think.

If you would like to talk about wormholes, we have never seen or detected one yet. Its all on paper, an idea, a theory. Its "what if". Lets say it really does exist. And you have the ability to go through it. You still need to determine your destination beforehand. Now there are billions of stars in our galaxy only. Lets make it simple and say there is same amount of planets. A billion planet. Not all of them habitats life. So you have got this enormous space and numbers to cover and research. You solved the problem of time/energy using a warm hole. And the way you imagine it, it takes you the exact point you want to go in the universe. You still need to know that point beforehand. All your assumptions are based on they already know where our solar system and planet is, since its such a special place :)

The problem is, unless they are very close to our solar system the number of planets they need to search before coming here is too great. Our planet started to transmit the signs of life couple hundred years ago after inventing artifical sources of light, radio and tv signals and etc.. This means if they are pointing their receivers to our way, they can catch the noise we are transmitting out in 150 light years radius. Any civilization out of this distance can not catch our noise , because it didnt travel those distances yet.

If there is a civilization one million light years away from us , they will detect our signals after a million year from today because this signal noise we produce does not use warmhole to travel. Once they got it we probably will be long gone.

Once again all these assumptions are based on there is a civilization close enough, they hold the technology to discover our location , and travel here and also they are willing to do that. It would be very possible they already visited ten other planets before us and they just decide not bother coming here.

Maybe there is a civilization out there met all the conditions and really came here. Do you think they now make weekly visits, since we see an UFO every week at one part of Earth? And they do it all with those junk metal vehicles that even our spy planes look better built compared to those videos?

As a conclusion, what is out there in the universe and validity of weekly UFO videos are separate issues.

A few of my thoughts on why UFOs visit Earth/have visited Earth:

I have an interesting idea about aliens and why some people perceive them to be evil.

For starters, try looking at it from their point of view. They may see the acts we commit on this Earth as evil. The way we torture our own. The way greed rules our lives and how shallow we are spiritually. They may be disappointed that we are unable to unite as a species and they may be frightened that our greed will destroy not only our own planet, but the universe as a whole.

Think of it as a parent stepping in to correct an errant child. We are the errant children of the universe and the various species of EBEs are the parents of the universe. You could say that they are trying to help us save ourselves through enlightenment and by casting off our shackles of greed and arrogance.

Brad this comment is not directed to you in person but this is an example of what I call human arrogance. Human can not even imagine how big the universe is , forget about destroying it. If you explode all the bombs and weapons you can imagine here , it wouldnt make the same effect to universe, a mosquito can do human. If you figured out a way of creating black holes , it wouldnt go far away than our solar system. There are supernova explosions gives out energy one billion time bigger than our sun does , and we watch them like firework shows from our planet.

So the universe is safe, and human can destroy nothing but himself :)

Again, technology that we don't have. I wouldn't be surprised if we are "borrowing" technology from other civilizations though. We have come a long way in science and I suspect that a lot of the breakthroughs in the past 50 years can't be credited to humans alone.

my thought exactly. makes me wonder how the hell human minds can think of amazing theory and technology.

which is why I think the FIRST step to the next level of humanity is to eliminate the concept of monetary economy

Good point. I still think EBEs feel threatened by what we are doing mainly because we are supposed to do a lot better than this or something like that.

It would be great to have free energy and to basically live a life free of the need to labor endlessly for meager wages.

Groom Lake?

Same as Arena 51. It's a dried up lake with a white salt bed. They don't want cameras and are authorized to shoot you with M16s and could send the FBI after you if you go poking around too close to it.

It's in Nevada as well.

Glad to see that someone else knows what it is.
