A friend emailed me this and I thought I may as well show it here.

Sounds like something an UFO-denier would cook up.
Which one is more likely, low-resolution, out of focus noisily video of the stuff in the list or any number of possible Earthly objects being mistaken for an UFO or beings crossing a minimum of about 40 trillion kilometers to get here? Alpha Centauri is just over that distance from here.
The nearest known extrasolar planets are orbiting the star Epsilon Eridani about 10.5 light years away. One is about 1 1/2 times the mass of Jupiter in a pretty eccentric orbits several AUs from the star. There's also an unconfirmed possible planet at around Pluto's distance from the star and its existence would be consistent with its gravity causing orbital resonances and clumping of the dust in the dust disk around the star.
This star is one of those that people want to check for habitable planets. Those would be closer to the star than the large planet already found or moons of that planet if they have atmospheres thick enough to keep warm due to the giant planet's distance from the star, which is cooler than our sun.
Ten and a half light years is almost 100 trillion kilometers, so it'd take a very long time to travel even from the nearest extrasolar planets to here, considering the speed of light being slow enough for it to take years at a minimum for it to get from other stars to here. It takes a lot of energy to accelerate to speeds close to that of light, so it could take centuries to millennia, if not millions of years to get here from most of the galaxy.
You can also forget about expecting aliens from the Andromeda galaxy to show up anytime soon. The fastest way for them to get here is to wait for our and their galaxies to collide.
One has to theorize that if these species are far more advanced than we are, that they have technology that is far beyond our capabilities.
Also, they could use wormholes to get to this planet. We don't have the technology to exploit wormholes just yet. If we ever acquire that technology, expect planetary exploration to be a lot more plausible.
What we have to remember is that if there are other planets out there, there are likely other possibilities for life. We have already made contact with extraterrestrial life. However, our government has chosen to keep us in the dark on this.
You have to look at the subject with an open mind. I personally think it's impossible for us to be the only species in the universe. Also, it's part of the reason why I do not believe in a god of sorts. There is too much out there and to think that humans are oh-so-precious and that nothing could ever shatter our expectations, is arrogant and counter-productive to true enlightenment.
And you have a good point about those civilizations being much older than ours. Some people also think that the LHC at CERN will give us the ability to exploit wormholes to travel between other galaxies and timelines. It seems like the science-fiction stuff we've seen isn't really science-fiction when you look at the bigger picture.
I'd like to suggest a website for people who are more interested in this subject: Project Camelot | Welcome Before you check out the link, try and have an open mind about what you read. It's ok to be skeptical but the stuff I've read has made me think more.

thanks for interesting link... Roswell Crash.... "they are the future humans.... not aliens"
sssshhhhhiiiieeeeeeeetttttt. that's a very provoking thought. I like it! this will makes a nice movie!
I strongly believe that no alien civilization can manipulate such thing like wormhole/blackhole. It's just one of those mysterious "act of nature" thing that continues to stupe any intelligent species.
I think it's been done. We just haven't figured it out ourselves.
The difference is that we don't have the knowledge necessary to put wormholes to use. Other civilizations know how to exploit them, hence the ability to visit Earth.
I'd like to think its mode of travel is by technological means - "warp speed"
