U-Haul on state history

The CSA Hunley was one of a kind. It did have a snorkel for air, and was never completely submerged. The Hunley accomplished its mission by sinking the Union ship. They're still trying to figure out what happened after the attack, and why they sank. They're still examining it at the conversancy.

The crew are all buried in Charleston's Magnolia Cemetery.

They had a huge funeral for them, with a lot of reenactors.

The Hunley is one spot I hope to see some day, we didn't have a chance to get there the last time I was in Charleston. Loved it there.

Ok, Ive heard there has been UPS deliveries using the Uhauls and customers are freaking out about it ( being its not a UPS truck ) there was something in the news here about it that there werent enough trucks so they rented Uhauls to do the deliveries since they are over loaded for the holidays?

Only other issue running wild are the Porch Pirates ( those stealing packages )

I've seen UPS using rental trucks in my neighborhood. No one freaked out though.

I saw USPS using a Sprinter van in addition to the little mail trucks.

In my center, they're used for pickup and transferring packages to post office. Sometimes it may be used to shuttle overflowed volume to UPS trucks for more delivery stops. I can't speak for other facilities but I suppose they use rentals for residential delivery. UPS and FedEx has been using rentals since forever during peak.

Thanks for that info. My friend saw a transfer happening at a shopping center & thought it was odd.
I used to pass by a UPS facility on a regular basis and almost always saw rental trucks from various companies, including the local place my husband had worked, in the truck lot.

When I was in Michigan, rented a small truck (not this one) to donate some furnitures and few things to Goodwill. While processing to rent a truck, I took this shot.
