Okay but does that mean you hope the judge will be easy on him on May 24th? You don't have to answer if you don't want to.
 
When a person plea guilty, then they will set trial date ONLY for sentencing, that is it. BUT when a person plea not guilty, then there will be several series of trials to determine whether the person is guilty or not.

What made worse for John Yeh is that 4 other person already pleaded guilty, this made John Yeh look bad because he pleaded not guilty. That is because there is fat chances that those plea guilty WILL testify against him.
