I tried it and it is good! Next time I'll put chives, bacon bit on the top. MMM!
Cook Potatoes (the fat brown ones) in the oven to 350 for one hour
Cook till its soft inside with a fork ...
Cut it in half when its a little bit cool to the touch ...
Take out the potatoes be careful not to rip the skin ... Leave about 1/2 inch inside and around to keep the skin strong ... (if you know what I mean)
Mash the potatoes with milk, butter, salt and pepper, and mash it with masher, or in kitchen aid mixer (or any mixer) or hand mixer. After that use spoon and put in cheddar cheese (or other if you don't like cheddar cheese) and broccoli (She throws the cooked broccoli in the food processor to chop them really little) or chopped broccoli from freezer section (it work well, too!)
Put them back in the skins (overflow it a bit) add cheddar cheese on top of it
Put them back in the oven till cheese melts ... you also can add some bacon bits on it along with cheese and cook in the oven. MMM!
Volia!
