TTY that works with Blackberry Curve 8320?

Hi, I still need to use a TTY for work and school. Right now I have a BB Curve 8320 which has been fantastic thus far, but I am tired of paying for both the BB and a landline just to use the TTY. I am now wondering if there's any TTYs out there that can "plug" into the BB and I can use the BB like a landline with the TTY?
 
Ultratec Compact/C TTY, is my choice. It includes an adaptor that connects to your BlackBerry, and as long as you enable Phone->Options->TTY on your BlackBerry.

Another option is to use Lormar Logic, and call a TTY directly with your BlackBerry. There are also PC-based "TTY-over-Internet" products (I think Nxi communications or Nextalk or something), so if you use a BlackBerry as a modem for laptop, it's also possible to call a TTY that way. But some of these services are pay-services, although two years of such paid TTY service (directly on BlackBerry or laptop) might be cheaper than the cost of a TTY.
 
that is good for you tty I think so good idea.......... i Understand reason you are require to help you information explain to you..

They are reason how can you figure out how can you help tty...........


That is good for Sasktel is information you reason important to help you deaf and hard hearing people I think so good for you help tty communication to people...

When I first got BB, I thought the TTY option made it a TTY. I felt so dumb when I found out that wasn't. It was only to hook up BB to TTY.

What is this Lormar Logic or "TTY-over-Internet" and do they work in Canada? I'm so envious of the people in the USA that have Internet relay service and here we are in Canada light-years away from that.

I have a voice-data plan with Rogers wireless that gives me 500MB a month and 10,000 send/receive text messages (both SMS and MMS). I don't know if that is good or bad, but since I got the BB in December my monthly bill has been no more than $68 (includes all taxes, 911 extra, access fee, Spinvox voice-to-text answering service). So if I use something like that Lormar Logic or "TTY-over-Internet" how much of that 500MB would it use up if a phone call is like 10 or 15 minutes?
