Well, I don't blame them for not telling you everything. I think it has something to do trying to be positive and not to be negative - remember what I said about 100% committed. I could be wrong since I didn't talk to them.

JHM.. very well said.. some do try to the best on positive side.. but they must come clean that is a long process etc.. what ever the reason behind it so it helps to pick what best choice for anyone comes to getting the CI.
I am not saying it totaly bad.. but I have some irks feelings on it. like oddbal and others had said it works for some and dont for others.
