Toothbrush

It feels really weird the first time, but even after only a few uses you get used to it and doesn't feel weird anymore. You should give it any chance and stick it out for a few days, they are totally worth it. Clean your teeth sooo much better than a manual. Just my 2 cents.

Yes, if she tried Oral B so she could try Sonicare, long as she could afford.

I don't like Oral B but love Sonicare.

Are you using manual toothbrush or electric toothbrush?

For me, I'm currently use Sonicare DiamondClean, that I bought at much cheaper via Amazon. I used Oral B electric toothbrush and varies of manual toothbrush in my life, but Oral B and manual toothbrush aren't for me because of gum bleeding. I have problem with gum bleeding for long time so my dentist recommended me to try Sonicare with sensitive support and it worked very well - no more bleeding.

Sonicare is little more expensive than Oral B for brush heads replacement but worth for my gum health.

you should use interdents between each tooth on the gums, dont worry about bleeding, then teeth that hard to reach use baby brush...the electric brush if not used right cause gum receding....the gums are the most important part of mouth. use corsodyl mouth wash anything else waste of money

Interdental - not bad suggestion but my teeth are straight tightly due to brace about 10 years ago. The standard floss is recommended for my teeth.

I started have gum bleeding issue in 2006 for unknown reason, even some of my families have same problem - I found out - due to toothbrush.

There is no Corsodyl in US, but I found generic name is Chlorhexidine under different brand name and the dentist Rx is required. My dentist told me to use Crest mouthwash with anti-cavity. I don't have any risk to develop the gum disease, but if my dentist find out so he will recommended to use Chlorhexidine or special mouthwash.

I use mouthwash looks same like that.

Yes, that's true about gum is very important part of mouth - without gum = no teeth.

I use manual toothbrush. My electric toothbrush broke. I use Colgate sensitive toothpaste and Listerine mouthwash. :D

I got a Philips Sonicare, the oral hygienist had a coupon for $20 off and Target had them on sale, so got one for 25 bucks instead of 90. It's been really nice; I had one before, but it was very old and could barely hold a charge anymore.

Toothbrush, Invented in Arkansas.... anywhere else would have called it a Teethbrush.

I use toothbrushes for cleaning small areas in the bathroom. I bought a pack of 10 for only $1.00 at Target recently. Cheap and perfect for those hard-to-get corners, mold, etc., that you want to throw it away after even just one cleaning.

Being a little too compulsive I tend to overbrush, so I went to a Sonic kids toothbrush, electric.

But I still manage to brush too much and get sensitive teeth, so I have to use a soft kids manual toothbrush for most of the time.

Same here.. :)

Well, I dislike it because it was so tickled, it did vibrate my teeth and nose so strong, and I think my teeth are sensitive. I stick with my manual toothbrush and a mouthwash bottle. So, it's fine for me. :)

I got insanely excited when I saw this thread. I love tooth brushes, floss, brushing my teeth, etc. Don't know why. I'm obsessive over it. xD
I use a manual tooth brush that's replaced every month.
This floss: http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/519KXM6MXXL.jpg
Which I'm pretty sure was made for people with braces. When you pull it, it gets thinner, you let go and it puffs back up between your teeth. haha

And mouth wash, of course. :D
