Not sure where to post this,
but has anyone seen the Grammy's tonight?

because my CC said while Maroon 5 sang
"I feel the love growing in my woody"

They did sing a song that was XX rated IMO . I guess I am getting old!

No, I didnt see that..I think I was readin local newspaper.I never watch the Grammys but I did last night. My favorite is probably Taylor Swift...she was great on the show. I was quite impressed. She rocks!! :)
 
Listening to new music is a joke, even if you're not deaf.

I thought she was the worst part! I muted her toward the end of her song , I could not wait for her to shut up!

I do not like that kind of music ! I could care less what audience thought about it!!

Yes, but it's the context it is put in that is making it so ambiguous :giggle:

IMO, no two ways about it - it is intended world play, since back then due to heavier censoring,
the hidden meaning and symbolism was heavy.

There has always been ways around the censors.
 
I watched it but, oiy!, I thought some of it was beyond bad! I love Adele and thought Jennifer Hudson did a great job. As for Dead Mouse and Nikki Whatshername, my husband and I just looked at each other with "wtf" expressions. :shock:

The Surfer Girl lyrics are not quite the same as what you posted for the captions. :)

They are:

"We could ride the surf together
While our love would grow
In my Woody I would take you everywhere I go..."
 
My girlfriend is sad that she missed seeing Paul McCartney on Grammy's. We didn't bother to watch it. We went out for Valentine's Day dinner too.
