Being someone who has lost family and friends due to overdoses...this day sits heavy with me...

Remember every time you drink or do drugs...the impact it can have on you and your family/friends.

Educate yourself and family/friends of the dangers of drugs and direct them to places where they can get help with their addiction(s).
 
I dunno.....its a rather silly idea...
But what the hell do i know...

Oh, I know I do not want to remind my relatives about losing our uncle/nephew/cousins. :(

I wouldnt use the word proud...im certainly happy bieng clean, goin on 15 years....

I had a family friend OD'd 6yrs. from today. Then hear stories from friends who knew someone that had OD'd. It's sad. Addiction is a terrible, progressive disease if one chooses not to seek help
