To Google or not to Google

I took French over the summer in 2002 , I really loved it! I was so into the class that I got pretty good :) Now, its faded away, I still love cow in French:giggle: It sounds so romantic to say , I am a big goof :rofl2:

My current language study is Spanish. I have grown up with the language and now, I am learning more.

I know this is kind of an off-topic conversation, but have you ever found it difficult to learn a 2nd language because of your deafness? I've always found this... like with spoken French, I have a lot of difficulty understanding it. I can understand written French better and I can pronounce a lot of the words fairly well. However, when my French teacher would speak to me in French or when I hear someone (like a cashier or something) first speak in French (because they don't know I'm English-speaking), I cannot for the life of me understand a single word they use.
