Well duh! That is why they have adapters now so you can use smaller cards in older slots. I bought one that had 2 adapters and one "Micro" card and I could put the card in adapter and use it as original SD card. It still works the same but just different size.

That's because I was smart enough to have my pictures transferred to my 16 GB tablet where they would be safe. Now I need to find a way to get a new card.

Check around different places you can get a new micro SD card with the USB reader with it ... I got a cell in 2011 at Alltel had to buy the micro SD card separate the reader came packaged with it identical to this you just insert the card in the back of it and plug it into a usb port on a computer and use it like a flash drive.
