Okay, I have a problem. My phone is showing my SD card to be blank or does not have a supported file system, and when I clicked on that part, it said "Format SD card? All data will be lost" and I'm not too keen on doing that, as there are some precious memories in there. What are your suggestions to fix this problem? I figure if I can't fix it, I may need to have my phone replaced.

take the card out and put it in adapter USB drive and access it with your computer

It's saying that SD card might be corrupted and needs reformatted. If you are unable to save the files/pictures and can not be reformatted then SD is no good!

Which is why a back up is important... use a flash stick or cloud server whichever. Saving it in a hard drive or SD card isn't wise idea as anything can happen and go KAPUT. Once kaput is very difficult if not impossible to recover the files.

get these..and ....use computer to look into it , if its unreadable then format it (and bad luck files irretrievable)

Well, I just tested my phone without the SD card, and the Internet is running just fine, so I shouldn't be having any problems now.

There is no SD card for phone. SD card is for digital camera, dash cam, camera recording, etc.

Welcome to the new verison of AD!!!!! :thumb:

Not for my phone-- it's pretty small. Heck, it can even fit in my tablet, too. I'm not using the larger one, which is for cameras and laptops, although I do already have one in my laptop, so that's not the point. Point is that I'm using the one in Pic #3
