Tmobile fail?

iPhone may have be one of the best product in the cellphone market, but please understand to those who can't afford to buy a iPhone, AT&T's monthly service is also expensive. Some don't like its service. There are many BB user out there because they like their carrier which offer cheap monthly plan like Sprint, Verzion or T-mobile. Not everyone can afford a iPhone. Just respect them, it's simple as that.

I could afford iPhone but quality of att network has been outrage at me and very high deposit, also BB is great for businesses too.

Thank you Nathan. I would love an iPhone but I cant afford it.

I just got home and I got a call from my hearing friend to tell me that she just called TMobile and they think they will have the problem fixed sometime Monday (tomorrow Oct 5th). They told her to turn phone off and on once in a while to see if it will connect. (I hope so!!!)

If you call TMobile, they will give you a $5 Network Outage credit on your account.

No email messages will be lost during this outage. When email comes back, all new messages should be there. (That's a relief!!!!)

"T-Mobile and Danger/Microsoft are urgently working to restore impacted services to Sidekick, and deliver them to you as quickly as possible. Following is a status update for our valued customers:

* We expect data services to begin gradually returning in the next couple of hours (Saturday evening)

* Web browsing capabilities should be first accessible first; additional functions such as IM, social networking applications and email will then follow.

While we anticipate a significant portion of data services to be restored by Monday, some richer data services may lag. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and appreciate your patience as we work hard with Danger/Microsoft to resolve this issue. We will continue to keep you updated as we have news to share. Thank you."

my wife sid this is the same problem every year, around the same time.
And the person who first comment on tmobile going out of business, check your facts first. Smart people do.

Just got word that Sidekick is back in service. Check to see yours to see if it is working now. :)

If your Sidekick is back in service, expect to get disconnected at times until they get all fixed. :)

Mine is still out at the moment.

Brian, my SK service is still down. I did get word on friends who live on the east coast their service is back. West Coast still down here.

What about using iTouch? It is like iPhone, but w/o a phone, and should be cheaper than using iPhone.... Or am I wrong?

I am here at work. I checked mine. It's still down, even though, I am in the East Coast.

ha ha ha ha ha to sidekick users :nana:

I think they should make a refund some money to T-Mobile users. I heard one guy got fired from his work due to no communication with his boss. It wasn't his fault.

Like in a movie theatre, when you see the film is broken, had to make customers wait for 5-10 minutes for employer to switch the film tape to continue the movie. At the end, employer pass out the free movie tickets to customers. Any opinions? :)
