Anybody got any tips on how to beat tiredness?? I usually go to bed around 10.30-11 and get up around 6am, and still throughout the day it's a battle to keep myself awake. I work(well this week is different), this week I'm doing 8.30am-6pm, usually 9-6pm.
I've been like this for the past 2 weeks or so, nothing in my daily routine has changed. It's 9.15pm, and I'm absolutely shattered so bedtime for me soon! It doesn't help I wake usually between 4.40-5am then 5.30-6am until it's time for me to get up!!
