its better to learn about what food speeds up metabolism and what stores fat... then just eat and eat and excercise m hell even start sipping some beetroot juice...as they put in more nitrate in the body which makes body taking up less oxygen hence you're more awake and less fratigated(sp?)...
This thinking, my friend, is a recipe for an eating disorder. You definitely don't wanna go there!
