Tips on to burn extra calories in your daily routines

its better to learn about what food speeds up metabolism and what stores fat... then just eat and eat and excercise m hell even start sipping some beetroot juice...as they put in more nitrate in the body which makes body taking up less oxygen hence you're more awake and less fratigated(sp?)...

This thinking, my friend, is a recipe for an eating disorder. You definitely don't wanna go there!
 
Well, in all honesty. Some of these are very good ideas. But, really, the best way is to just walk everywhere and eat moderately and with variety. Too much or TOO LITTLE of anything isn't good.

Crash dieting slows the metabolism which actually makes the person GAIN weight instead of lose it.
 
Drink water. Sleep a bit more. Seriously.

I always park AWAY from people... hate being crowded in.

I now play racquetball almost daily ;) Problem is.. I only walk around while delivering massacre to my opponents.

true important to lots water drink your health will lose weight your health reason your health good balance! otherwise!! that is how feeling your better easy stress cause I struggle on better lose weight! I have scar is okay! I am fine look look better right now :D
 
its not dieting, not a crash, its just eating unprocessed food, as easier on the liver...and know what food stores fat and what burns fat, its not going extreme but in the middle...

I agree you! I remember research find study! that is why stores fats depend on nutrition!

The problem I'm having w/this is that NO food burns fat or stores it. All food is digested and used as fuel. What is eaten in excess is stored as fat. That's ALL food; not just a select few.

The diet industry would love for us to believe that there are foods that burn fat; ect, and that's just not true. Any GOOD nutritionist will tell you that you need to eat a variety of foods in moderation and get consistent exercise throughout your day to lose or maintain weight.

This is not a crash dieting method. Just how to incoporate opportuniites to burn extra calories throughout your daily lives. Remmmy, back in the old days, they did a lot of physical work and we are a generation of couch potatoes. I am just trying to make this thread a helpful one for those who hate going to the gym or feel that they dont have an hour to spare a day for workout. Just adding activities throughout the day to burn extra calories without feeling like disrupting your routine. That's all.
 
Buy a coffee maker that only makes one cup at a time. Then get up and make one cup every time you want coffee.

That I totally agree with 500%!

I read somewhere that sex burns more calories than a workout session. Even masturbating burns like 500 plus calories. I think if everyone does it on a daily basis, all wars would end! :lol:

Don't use the drive through...go inside and again park far away from the restaurant.
 
have more sex in that restaurent too, with your partner or waitress (or both!) (or for women- with waiter) in the toilet/bathroom , hell even in the kitchen if no body's around...
