Front Cuffing someone is almost as good as not cuffing them at all. You could still use your arms to bonk the officer over the head, strangle them (since your wrists are attached you now have a nice noose), go for their gun, etc. To say only if the person is agressive/agitated, you may seem fine and only show your aggression when it's too late for the officer to defend themselves.

The keep your hands on the wheel/don't get out of the car unless your told applies to hearing people too. Try to avoid watching the officer approach in your mirror as much as possible, this looks like your planning something. The officer likely treats every traffic stop as your about to pull a weapon from someplace.

My nightmare experience, would be the officer telling me to get out of the car over his PA.
