time warner phone service

have anyone ever use time warner phone service for tty or captel phone? let me know thanks
 
Depend on time warner

If it not like Vonage box, it would be problem. If it came from the jackwall where the regular telephone. It shouldn't be problem, if they gave you with the box like vonage. They will not and not change the service as regular from jackwall. Sometime company are looking for easy way.
 
I have had used broadband phone services through Comcast and currently, Charter. I am able to use the phone line for my TTY machines. I don't see why TTYs and CapTel wouldn't work on Time-Warner
