People at airports are usually self-absorbed getting their tickets, checking their luggage, getting to their gate. I doubt anyone would notice the single gloves.

My friend was supposed to fly there right after the time of bombing. She changed airport. She is lucky.

How exactly are you going to be prepared for something like this? The guy next to you walking with a luggage cart all of a sudden blows himself and you up! As I said in a previous thread surprise and spontaneity will win every time. There is no way to protect against it on your own, it would have to be done by using bomb sniffing dogs or walking through bomb detectors at all public places. You can be aware and have all the guns you want, but if you happen to be next to one of these nuts when they set themselves off, you are going to be just as dead as the person who was just at the airport to pick someone up or take a plane!

Unless security use X-ray googles to see everything from a to z. That would breach our privacy, but Trump would approve that.

Obviously you have never been in an airport in Europe. There are armed guards with uzi's and guards with dogs walking everywhere, so this did nothing to keep this cowardly act from happening. Some situations might be helped with someone who is armed, but in a vast majority of them, they are either dead or wounded with the other victims. The terrorist have one major advantage on their side and that is the element of surprise and if it is a suicide bomber who are you going to shoot?

I just heard on the news 2 siblings , a brother and sister were on the phone with their mom and the phone went dead on their mother.
:( How horrible !
