i was average size 10/14 then went up to 16 because ate to much crap

I was a chubby boy and slower than the rest to hit puberty- then I grew to 6'1" and skinny. I ran and skied and skated, worked construction, and went from 165 to 200 lbs over the next bunch of years. Now I am 205 and not fat or thin and holding but not running and skiing anymore. I watch what I eat now and want to trend the weight back to 185.

THIN then F A T then average going back to taichi and swimming this year to stay steady on 'thin average'

been thinking other day, i nearly couldn't tell if i am thin, or chubby, or slim-fat or fat-slim, its really wierd...

I'm more of like Bruce Lee body, I weigh about 160 lbs (5' 10.5"), been working out and was involved in Karate for 9 years (was in ABC Wide World of Sport Eastern Karate Championship at Madison Square Garden and that where I met Chuck Norris there), at one point from my last divorce I lost down to 140 lbs which is one of my lightest weight I ever had (in term of adult life). When I finally recovered my last divorce and gone back to 160 lbs. Been the same ever since. I did posted a picture of myself somewhere in AD that you can see the big differences..

Wirelessly posted

I always been fat

what is your food weakness?

Only a few things:
- I can't eat spicy food anymore
- I have to control how much acid in beverages and food to eat and drink. So, to be sure that it is a minimal.

That is it. But, I will still need more weight. I am now 102 lbs, finally. I was stuck in 90's lbs for about two years... I hope it stays above 100 lbs. I meant, oh please stay!!

Well, everything of my body except buttocks, stomach, bottom chin, cheeks, and thighs are always the same since. I have lost 20 pounds twice - once in my 20s and now in my 30s.

I am very amazed at how changing from other breakfast cereals and foods to having nice easy to cook rolled barley flakes for breakfast has calmed my stomach. What a healing effect! In just a matter of three days the acidic situation calmed right down. This is after years of trying different diet and taking Prilosec and all that. Every once in while I run across doing something that actually works. I just cannot say enough good about that.

can you eat thick pretzels to dip any kind of diary dipping?
or waffle with syrup or jelly?

I'm 6ft and always been around the 100-112kg weight margin ever since I was about 15. Both sides of my family have been fairly large - although it's been "rugby-player" build rather than couch-potato :)
About ten yrs ago I got down to about 96kg and it was mostly muscle and stayed like that until about 2006 when I stopped doing karate and a really physical job, and started working really odd hours driving a forklift truck. Peaked at around 117kg in 2008 but back down to 108kg now. I think Age and Genetics (I'm 39 at end of the month) are catching up though, and it gets harder to keep the pounds off. I've started doing martial-arts again and watching what I eat so we'll see what happens :)

Acid indigestion is a nightmare, bread first thing in the morning always does that to me. A mate of mine at Land-Rover in the UK had a mild form of Crohn's Disease and used to suffer terribly from it.

I had what the doctors thought was acid reflux for years and I begged to differ, they finally listened and sent me for an MRI and ultrasound, turned out my gallbladder was messed up, so 2 weeks later it was out, home the same day and never felt better, I can eat anything now without getting sick afterwards.

Divorces do that to you, then you find another to get fat with...lol
Ive been through 2 divorces and this will be my last (3rd) so I will be forever locked in to a healthier lifestyle, now I can cook what I love instead of living on pizza rolls and whatever this family thrived off of.

acid reflux i get that due to hiatus hernia and eating crap no exercise..i trying to rectify this

Thin as always, I have always eaten healthy, rarely eats out/take away (probably once or twice a year!!) I dont eat lunch at weekends as too busy doing stuff. I don't drink cola etc

For some unknown reason, I managed to have an unexplained weight gain of 80 pounds the summer I turned 13. Doctors and specialists could not figure it out.

I was checked for thyroid, all organs, all blood work, urine, stool, bone and everything under the sun. Everything was normal. My activity never changed (was playing Miss America Softball and doing gymnastics), my food intake was never changed and still they could not figure it out. I spent that whole summer and the following school year going through tests. It's been a battle ever since. Once I hit adult years, my lowest weight was 150 pounds, but on the flip side, I did balloon all the way to 315 pounds. Right now, I am not below 200.
