eating it right now: rice and a peach. im eating the rice to get a good carb load for my work out.

Yea I'm skipping my work today because two kids are sick and includes me sick too..
Thanks stupid air forced kept running for no reason.. includes old furnance isn't good..
We are got sick because of that.
