I know. I was just stating that because even if you have used the services I work for, first, you wouldn't know my RO code, and I likely wouldn't know enough personal information to identify you, and second, even if I did know who you were, my ethics code prevents me from any such disclosure, meaning I would be breaking confidentiality if I came on here, and said "Hey! I think I relayed your call!" I would be fired for that.
