So you don't support your friends who are suffering from Agent Orange exposure and PTSD? You consider supporting wounded veterans to be butt kissing?
Do you support using cluster bombs, phosphorus bombs, napalm, etc.?

Of course he supports them. He is not talking about the wounded veterans. He is talking about military policies that have them in that position. He is talking about those that support the military no matter what their actions are and what destruction they cause in their own soldiers just because they are the military. What an insensitive question. Obviously, it is you that don't support our returning vets unless they come home intact and ranting about the wonderful world of military service.
I never said that I did. Where did you get that idea?Do you support using cluster bombs, phosphorus bombs, napalm, etc.?
Where have I done that? Please give me an exact example of "kissing da military."Supporting the troops and butt kissing da military are two separate concepts. I'm not surprised that you don't separate the two, however.
I never said that I did. Where did you get that idea?
Have you some how missed all the posts I made saying that the book should be thrown at all officers and leaders who do wrong? Have you missed all my posts that were critical of military policies? Maybe you're the one who should remove the blinders.Of course he supports them. He is not talking about the wounded veterans. He is talking about military policies that have them in that position. Oh, and your snide remarks aren't insensitive? What an insensitive question. Obviously, it is you that don't support our returning vets unless they come home intact and ranting about the wonderful world of military service.
Where have I "blindly" supported everything the military does? Haven't you read my posts that were critical of various policies and practices? To blindly support the military is to also support all its actions.

Also, who is "the military" in your reference? The chain of command? The DOD leadership? All the troops? What is your definition?
Where have I done that? Please give me an exact example of "kissing da military."

There is no way you could make such a statement if you truly read all the posts I've made in support of our wounded and killed veterans. And I don't mean simply lip service support, either.
I remember discussing about DDT's ever-growing presence in the hispanic-americans today in environmental ecology. There was a figure out of it too that I found pretty interesting. Let me see if I can dig it out.
I assume that the Mexican-Americans are at a much higher risk because of the fact that many are workers in agriculture and they're much more exposed to the chemicals than the rest of us.
Do they wear protective clothing and ventilator masks?
Banning the use of DDT in Africa and elsewhere has helped caused an increased spike in deaths, especially among children.

Oh, yeah...migrant workers have all kinds of protective measures available to them. For that huge salary they get, they can just run right out and purchase ventilators. And if they can't afford them, we all know that their employee centered bosses will make sure they have them.

First of, I think this is a load of bullshit. How on earth would banning a highly toxic, known carcinogen increase death rates, especially in children? That makes absolutely no sense at all. Provide a sources or some sort of correlative logic, or else do not make a ridiculous post like this.
Secondly, correlation does not equal causation. I'm sure what you're going to argue is that the banning of DDT has made it unregulated, or something like that, which means for the people who continue to use it, there is no protection. Correct? To correlate that with "The banning of DDT has resulted in an increase of deaths ..." is completely fallacious logic.
In some regions of Africa, they still use DDT, I remember that when South Africa banned DDT, there was a spike in cases of malaria. As a result, they removed the ban. However, they don't really disclose the numbers of people affected by DDT, which I suspect would be much higher ratio-wise.
There are ways to fight malaria, they have drugs for it. They use window screens, hygienic practices, sanitation, improving their infrastructure. However, water is still a big problem in Africa due to the poor infrastructure so it's hardly a surprise a lot of people die from it.
