I think it's Ron Jeremy, one of the infamous porn stars... he was on Surreal Life recently.

Editted: Oy, everyone already got it before me... I knew it couldn't be LUNZ himself since I knew the avatar was Ron long ago. I guess I know my porn men. But he's nasty I think.
