Before the 2nd round, we had about 30 inches..we got a total of 55 inches of snow with both storms.

I'm so curious to see my 6 y/o girl this afternoon with the love note to the boy at school. Will he move 6 feet away from her or will they hold hands? :giggle: I can't wait to talk w/ his mother about that!
 
In my hot kindergarten romance, my beloved gave me a hot wheels car and a ring out of a bubblegum machine. :aw::giggle:
 
I am so impressed with myself. This native Arizonan built a igloo big enough for 2 adults to sit in comfortably. :) took 3 hours of hard labor.

It's about the same since this am except i feel warm. I hope that i feel ok for tonight that i am suppose to bring my kids to the deaf club for a cute valentines day. I have to bring kids go there anyway.
 
My daughter has decided to make some cookies for Valentine's Day and my anniversary. They are peppermint and pink and in the shape of a heart. When they are done, I will take a picture and post one.

She's also making mini-cakes in a heart shape as well. She's in a baking mood today and knows that she gets school credit for it. Science, math and reading as well as life skills/cooking.

awesome! i can't wait to see the pictures.. i feel bad that i don't bake goodies that often. =X

You arent the only one. I am not really into baking and dont do it often either.
 
We are taking more and more of the old Betty Crocker recipes and making them with low-fat ingredients so we don't kill the diet totally.

But - I also like to be "Suzy Homemaker"

Baking sounds like a lot of fun and yummy treats. I am back to coughing again blah just took some cough syrup w codine.
 
Daughter missed something in the ingredietns on the mini-cakes and my mother is not tracking well and didn't catch it, therefore, the cakes "fell" and are not any good. They basically fell, then exploded in the oven. I have a dandy pink and red mess to clean up. Daughter is in tears and feels she can't do anything right. Guess I better go to the store and buy a box mix. Hopefully the cookies will turn out. :aw:
