Maybe you could post an Advertisement here. In the Wanted or for sale section on AD.

Maybe some one on AD, has an extra video phone they may sell to you at a good price. :dunno: Never hurts to try.

Meaning deafies do not own their VP's unless you mean the rare individual who gets one for a friend or member of the family and now no longer has a use for same....

Several deafies personally purchase VP's as well. I am not asking SC to purchase an leased, or borrowed item.

U mean they purchase them for reasons I mentioned above? What's wrong with used ones; after all, the VP, especially the 200's are a relatively new release......

Actually, I think I would prefer something brand new. I don't really like pre-owned gadgets. So yes, I will pay $$$ for a videophone. I don't care. Peace of mind is half the cost.

They purchase extra ones so they can communicate with family and friends. And perhaps they purchase extra ones. Such as some households have more than one phone in their homes.


Not unusual to see more than one phone in the homes.
