i've already loosened the straps on the splint, but my wrist still hurts. :( i called my doctor yesterday to ask if that was normal and she said it was in severe cases of cts. hence, the reason why surgery is recommended. she also said the splint won't eliminate all of my pain, but will prevent my wrist from being strained while typing, doing daily activities and sleeping.

that's easy for you to say, jiro. it hurts more when i wear it than it does when i don't. i'm literally counting down the days until i have my cts surgery so i can stop wearing this thing already.

I have no idea what you're wearing, but sounds better if you were naked with nothing on it. We used to be like this million years ago.
