Been doing house work all day. Hopefully I can rest all day tomorrow since I'm not well yet. I'm travelling Thursday morning. I wanna go to bed now, but if I do, I'll wake up at 2am wondering what to do. Being sick and awake in the middle of the night isn't the coolest thing in the world.
 
ah-ha! sweet pickled radish filling. google "korean sushi" and you can see what's it like.

Actually--it's the 2nd steak meal this week. Steaks were on sale at the store and I saw a family package at a good price, so I bought it.

Brought it home and divvied it up into smaller packages. Got 4 more left.

Yeah well....I'm trying to figure out what else to have with it.

Kind of stumped at the moment.

What would you have with your steak dinner?

I love to have TONS of veggie with meat so I used chinese broccoli cooked together with garlic. and of course - TONS of onions... grilled red/yellow/green peppers...

I would do a lot with the steaks!

Cut them up and use them for fajitas, Beef Stroganoff - I have an easy-peasy but killer recipe! and goulash. Steak goes a long ways in cooking besides being served just as "steak".

I'm leaning towards slicing the steak and rolling it in bacon and pan searing it......

But then again--I can put the steak back in the refrigerator and order a pizza from Aileen's.
