Oh yeah, somebody broke the driver side mirror off once.
 
The alarm system is already intergrated within the car when it was built.

That's okay because it occurred to me just a few moments ago, how would I know if my alarm were sounding? I know the lights flash, but if I had view of my car, I wouldn't need an alarm to tell me somebody was tampering with it.

Some time around 20 years ago, there was a car parked across the road from us, and during a storm, the car alarm began, and nobody came to turn it off. The alarm was going for hours. I'm sure by now they're made to turn themselves off after a time, but it still annoys people if it isn't turned off quickly.
 
Alarm can be annoying, yes but it is to get attention of the bystanders if the car has been tampered with.
 
i am back here.. my mom is at home and doing allright.. whew.. i am glad..

get attention? lol not in NYC or NJ. Just get a LoJack.

built-in alarm system = utterly useless. just pull one wire.... it's disabled. professional carjacker knows which wire and where to pull it out.
 
My old car, was impossible to disarm - no one can't disarm it, unless you start the car to disarm it. Impossible, eh. For the car I have - not sure how it is, but when someone didn't shut the door properly - within locking the door, the alarm will go off. It is the same thing, when someone attempts to open the door without key less entry, the alarm will go off until the key less button is pressed.

My great uncle is night person because he can work at night if needed. But I need hot chocolate though. :lol:
