Ahh, then definitely do it..

We had internet probs at the beginning of the summer, the guy that showed up doubled as a clown (part-time work). Two weeks later the tension rod on the garage door opener went out...I kid you not, the guy that came to fix that was also a magician! My kids just want another person to come fix something...What else you have up your sleeve?! lol
 
i think i want to go back to school to finish up my Master's.

I know I did. It really is a server issues with my ISP and I don't know what to do with them as they are my only ISP in my area but somehow it works well for others and my friends. They told me they need to change the line outside in my area but they never came. They told me the service is fine in my home, it's just the line outside that need upgrading. And speaking of names, I decide to do it because it fits us personally because here in AD is a friendly community which means no harm in telling our real names.

I'm afraid they've got you over a barrel, and they probably know it. All ISPs I've ever have make you sign a contract that says the speed is not guaranteed and connectivity is subject to availability and such things. My ISP is comparable, but like you, it's the only ISP in my area, and they know it very well. They do the absolute minimum because they know there's nothing I can do about it, and they charge an absolute fortune for it too. I rate them down at every opportunity.

Very unique, yeah?

And you can not complain to the FCC, they have nothing to do with the ISP but you need to complain directly to the ISP company and follow up with them about the internet problem, so it is the ISP server issues, they should be fixed as soon as they can.
 
i want to shut my friends up to stop asking me a stupid question, "Can you play softball with us in this fall league. Follow ASA rules". I kept tell them, "i play USSSA not asa!" they are stubborn to beg me to join up.

Nothing we can do about it? Don't get your hopes up. There must be a way. Lawsuit maybe. We must take action.

yea, i know. i ignore them because they know that USSSA is elite level than ASA is.
