There are diffrent types of kangaroo in Australia, Bottisini.
 
Finally that I cleaned some out of our storage room! I found some stuff that I had forgotten! LOL! :) About 2-3 boxes that has been tossed in trash! And some goes to Freecycle.

I love blackberries, also. It was blackberries that caused me to lose my hearing (they weren't ripe).

63 types of Kangaroos. Red kangaroo biggest most common. Their predators like marsupial wolf and lion extinct after Europeans arrived in Australia.

Yes, its true. I was two years old and wandering in the back yard. I saw these beautiful, yummy-looking red blackberries. My father said I ate a handful of them. According to what the neurologist told him, these berries caused a stomach virus, which caused a 106 fever. That fever caused loss of all vital signs and had to be revived in the hospital (yes, I was clinically dead). Four years later, at age six, my parents discovered I was deaf.

Interesting. So fever caused by unclean food,yes?

We got plenty of them down here!

Better get some before the black bears get 'em.
 
Anyway....it's too quiet in here. Gee I wonder why? :lol:

I am kind of disappointed that we had to change our vacation plans. Originally we were going to Australia but due to the weakening of the dollar and unexpected monetary woes.

So....still going on vacation but will be in the US--we are going to Arizona as I just purchased plane tickets on-line! :)

After having a summer with no sunshine--we are definatley looking forward to getting some sun down there!
