I never vote President because I don't trust them.

that can't be right..... McCain pulled out of Michigan. It's voting for Obama :dunno: hey - I like squash too. Sweet potato..... what about yam? It's healthier :cool2:

I know many people even my families are voting for McCain, not Obama... Even, I counted by the sign on their front yard to say that they are voting for McCain or Obama. Most are voting for McCain, not Obama.. I know it seems odd..

Yeah, its good. They dont have yam for babies stage 1, since Lexi loves Peas, Green Beans, Squash alot and I bet she will love Sweet Potatoes too.. She do loves Apple Prune Juice now.

I'd be more likely to vote if my vote counted, but if I'm in a republican state, the republican will win my state no matter what I vote. If I'm in a democratic state, the democrat will win my state no matter what I vote. So I don't see the point. At any rate, I don't vote anyway unless I know the leading candidates and what they'll do for my country. I don't give a rip what their political parties are. And I only vote for somebody who has a chance of winning. Otherwise, I might as well be voting for the person who already has the most votes, and again, that's a waste of my time and effort because that person doesn't need my vote in order to win.

and that's what people said about Red States..... which just turned into Blue States... either way - VOTE!!! :cool2: why? because it's your duty as a citizen to do so! Not doing so is a domestic dissent! :mad2:

Okay, but don't just vote at random. Do your homework, and know who you're voting for and why. Learn about the leading candidates and what they're likely to do for the country. Do you know what I mean? Telling people to vote even if they don't know who to vote for will just randomise the results, and we could save time and effort by having somebody in Washington flip a coin.

:werd: and make sure you vote! if you don't like either of them.... well just vote based on who you think will not damage USA as bad as Bush :cool2:

I already did vote. We have satellite voting in Iowa.

I don't want to be part of a political war, but as hard as I try, I can't help but agree with you there. If you think both leading candidates will damage the country, vote for the one you think will damage it the least.

People like to tell me that it would be best for America to be involved in the international community, but I have to say when given the choice, I would rather be left alone than have nukes pointed at me. Both candidates say we're not headed for a cold war, but isn't that what a cold war is?

Ick, really, I don't like political debates, rofl!

that's why we hire (vote) politicians to handle the silly little debates for us :cool2:
