"The Dark Knight" (Batman/Joker)

I will probably wait until it's out on DVD before I watch it. :dunno:

Yes, my son watched end of film include Cast and Credits. He did not see any "In Memory". Tomorrow night, he will go back to see (free) movie.
Usually, they put "In Memory of..." during the beginning of the movie... not the end.

Most people leave during the ending credits. So, they would likely put it in the beginning so that people would see it.

There should be, since it is his last film, but interesting. Well, maybe look harder, next time?

According to several sources, the "In Memory of..." occurs during the ending credits. I guess it's in there somewhere... possibly at the very end or hidden. :dunno:

Actually, two people from that movie died.

Usually, we see "In Memory...." at the ending of the film. Usually, we saw "In Memory of (film crew or any workers).
Also, we saw "In memory of Christopher Reeve" at end of Smallville on the TV.

Look like the movie is going to break the record for the biggest opening weekend ever. It already broke the opening day record previously held by Spider-Man 3. It made $66.4 million. It also broke the record for midnight showings, it took in $18.5 million. It's part of the $66.4 million.

Chances are that it will make around $160-$175 million this weekend beating Spider-Man 3's record at $151 million.

Higher $$$ per ticket vs how many people bought = I think.... Stars Wars is most popular.

Good Old Day VS Today

In 1960: thousand seats per room and 1 or 2 different movie per threater
Today: down numbers of seats per room vs +24 different rooms per threater

In old day: Dinsey's cartoon (Snow White, Peter Pan, Bambi and some title) film always re-released film at threater for every 7 years.
Today: Never see any re-release Dinsey's cartoon film at threater. Just VCR, DVD and Blu-Ray - re-released every 7 years.

In old day before 1980's - they did not market movies for VCR / Beta Machine
Today: they market movie for DVD/Blu-ray players

In old day: I remembered that they always released new film on Wednesday. One or two new film(s) per week.
Today, they released 2 or 3 or 4 new films per week on Friday unless special day (Wed or Thursday night)

In old day: they do not have any piracy
Today: people sell illegal DVD at corner street or download. (that's sad news)

My mother just went to see it today with my sister and her son, she stated that it was a lot of action and special effects, she thought it was very good! Can't wait to sit and be amazed watching the movie

lot of action and special effects,

Low budget (film made), war zone & excellent special effect = Cloverfield
I talked about Special Effect - no matter how much hate Cloverfield

I am waiting for Dark Knight with CC. To see how look good special effect.

The Dark Knight is the new box office king.

Exceeding initial expectations, the film went on to shatter records left and right this weekend.

The most notable: the new Batman film is now the biggest debut ever in U.S. box office history, especially impressive for an opening on a non-holiday weekend.

The Dark Knight took in $155.34 million Fri-Sun.

That bests Spider-Man 3's 151.1 million in 2007.

i saw the dark knight it was great

heath's last film is imaginarium not the dark knight. they did not have to recast the joker or anything. i know a lot of people were wondering that heath's death occured during the time he was filming imaginarium.

dang, I can't find theatre anywhere that provided C.C. for The Dark Knight, I am very disappointed.
