Candybrowneyes--I do have a question.....

If you are a moderator on TD and now a moderator for AD--would'nt that be a conflict of interest if one member is banned by you on TD and is a member of AD ???

I know that members tend to go back and forth between AD and TD......

Absolutely not, and here is why. If they were banned from TD there is a reason for the ban. It would be the same for Alex, if he banned someone on TD for a reason that doesn't mean he would come over here and watch that person like a hawk waiting for them to mess up. I do not play favorites and anyone from TD will tell you that. I do not get trigger happy for no reason and I make sure I know what is going on all of the time. Is it a conflict of interest that Alex owns, administrates and mods each site? I like to think that I am fair, I am very nice and I plan on doing a good job. Please give me the chance to show you. I will be the first to admit that TD was kind of a mess when I started over there and Alex would tell you the same. Now we have a sense of peace, members get along and the bad apples have left the site or have been banned. I treat everyone the same and fairly. A member on TD is a member on TD, a member on AD is a member on AD. Its that simple.

While I may be new over here I am here just like all of you for the same reason. I came here because I feel like I fit in here, because I feel a sense of self worth with as in my life I am in a world full of people who hear everything and have no idea what I am going through. I like making sure people are safe and I do everything I can to protect the people on TagDeaf to make them feel safe and to let them know that I have their backs and most importantly that I am their friend... someone they can trust. I may have only posted 100 and something odd posts but that doesn't mean I am not worthy of this job. I have spent hours every day modding TD since I was asked to be a mod, now I may not be around 24/7 but I do my best. I just hope you all will see that.
