I think they are trying to sell part of the land property to pay for the things they need for the school. I don't think they are selling the whole package of the Texas School for the Deaf. Just only part of the land they want to sell.

Downsizing mean to lay off some of the property that they don't need and want to buy things for the school. That is my opinion. That is not hard to figure that out. I do hope they are not closing the Deaf school. But they did not mention about it. Just the land only.

The current zone of TSD look like it been sold a while time ago. Why not cut into square and building tall campus?
