Tendency to be too thin....

I am with the more sensible people, go back to your GP and ask to be referred to a specialist in gastrointestinal disorders and nutrition disorders, not to be confused with an eating disorder.

Smoking marijuana is just stupid and recommending it as a cure all with out proper scientific research to back up your claims and no medical training or license to practice medicine as a doctor is a federal offense. I'd not mention it any further. :squint:

honey.. you need to go above the ignorance. i suggest looking at the link i posted earlier in here. check out the FAQ. it's a popular topic, just search for medical marijuana in the news. also, i never said i was a doctor. it was just a suggestion. thanks and i'm done with this thread, especially your ignorance.

Cupcake, lol eat 3 to 6 cupcake a day it was ONLY thing that helped me gain weight I've tried everything else, with no luck lol I used to be 88-90 pound I don't know how to convert it to kilograms sorry! And I'm 5'2 but one summer I craved cupcake and I found my #1 favorite combination and I ate couple of it for 6 months and gained 20 pound now I'm 112-115 pound which is healthy weight for my height. The combination for me was butter recipe yellow cake mix with rainbow morsels in white frosting can. YUM but I had to stop and only eat 1-2 a day when I baked some I only baked 1 batch once every like 4 months so I don't gain any more lol
So try cupcake!!
Btw I forgot to add, I used to have stubborn ulcers that won't go away for 2+ years and it went away as I gained weight, only trouble I have right now is heartburn/reflux and pepcid ac 2-in-1 chewable tablet solved that easily. Yay lol

Hi,
Back after a couple of months, and I am thrilled : I caught nearly all the weight loss, so everything is back to normal :) I also stay stable with my healthy weight :)
So I stopped being sick all the time, I'm not short of breath any more and I have no need to wear a sweat-shirt or even a fleece at night to sleep :)
And with some increasing gradually the quantities while diminishing the stress, I don't feel the discomfort, borderline pain any more :)

I made three important changes for the time I needed to put on weight :
1) a high, even very high calories diet (lot of cream, butter, oil.... Now I've diminished the amount of it, but I keep the habit of full milk instead of low fat or non fat milk)
2) I cut caffeine, or I greatly diminished it (a glass of coca-cola with caffeine once in a while is ok, but 1-1,5 liter is a no no !! If I crave for coca, I go to buy the caffeine free version)
3) plenty of sleep (9 to 10 hours/day)

This is what my GP thought, and what I also thought : stress is a powerful appetite suppressant for me (whereas my friends eat sweets between meals while under stress, I am the whole contrary of them). There is no allergy problem, I eat everything (if there were an allergy or a food intolerance, the changes I made wouldn't have had any effect on my body) but I keep a healthy weight :D

My only problem now is starting back some exercise without losing weight, and also finding some means not to lose weight with Ritalin (for my ADHD), since Ritalin suppresses appetite (at 5mg/day, it diminishes my appetite, but I fear for the time when I'll be at 10 : I have no will to lose weight and feel ill like how I felt when I was too thin !!).

=> Any idea ? Apart from doing The Biggest Loser (which I don't absolutely need !!, :P )
