never listen about it. Not true about new law on walking while texting.
 
It would had been something if a guy was in the manhole! He could had gotten hurt or had good laugh!
 
ONly if the city didn't put the zone and sign that it's dangerous to walk thru, then the girl could sue for not make the warning.

If none of workzone, then it's her fault for not pay attention.
 
But come on! How do you miss an open manhole in the sidewalk? By clearly NOT paying attention - or in this case refusing to. The girl thought that texting was more important than her safety.

Didn't her momma teach her when she was young to pay attention to where she was going? There have been times I've scolded my DD for this or she will walk into something.
