The top 5% pays 56.47% of the taxes.
The top 10% pays 67.3%.
The top 50% pays 96.09%.

Do yourself a favor and don't come back with weak stuff anymore.
 
hec, "the will of the people" -- you NOW say it reflects the outcome of the electoral college, You didn't say that the first time you uttered "will of the United States".
