I never had to deal with the IEP meetings and they had no complaints and I was just like other hearing kids in the school that I just required interpreters in the classroom 
I just went to the last 2 IEP meetings when I was in high school, merely out of interest and wanted to make my own decisions but found it to be a waste of my time because again, I was all set for the following year and just needed an interpreter in the classroom.
