Taco Beef Dip

TACO BEEF DIP

1 lb. extra lean ground beef
3/4 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. ketchup
1 1/2 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Few drops hot pepper sauce
1 (16 oz.) can red kidney beans

TOPPING:

1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. stuffed green olives, chopped
1/2 c. green onions, sliced
1 tomato, diced
Taco chips for serving

Crumble beef and onion into heavy skillet. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until meat is lightly brown. Add ketchup, chili powder, salt, and hot pepper sauce. Put beans into small saucepan. Heat, mash with potato masher, add to meat and simmer. Add topping and circle with crisp taco chips.

:laugh2: yea!!! i was going to say.. DAMN YOU GIRL!!! for making me DROOL!!! i mean it took me forever to lose all this damn weight and now look at her trying to ruin me by tempting me... THAT LIL DEVIL!!! :lol: :bump: :P

Hey tof, it almost similmar to yours but I can't find my recipe "Taco Beef Dip". My sister s ex husband s mother who has excellcent cook "Taco Beef Dip". There are not much as hot spicy and it is melt in your mouth... I am going to call my sister if she has a recipe or not . I pray that she has one so i can write down and send this !
Someday I will make this sometime this weekend!!! smile !
 
Thanks for this recipe what I love Mexican Foods, lol.. When cook mexican foods and I will add this recipe that would be great!!
